Gameplay and Resource Updates in Kings

The latest update for Honor of Kings has gone live, officially kicking off Season 31. During the Jeetbuzz Login maintenance period, players were temporarily unable to access the game. This patch brings a wealth of new features, including the debut of a new hero—Ji Xiaoman—on the official server. She hails from the Jixia Martial Arts Academy and is known for being both a prodigy and a troublemaker. Gifted and clever, Xiaoman constantly surprises others with her unorthodox ideas and relentless curiosity.

Her carefree personality makes her the constant target of Master Fuzi’s attention. Through her ongoing battle of wits with him, she has forged her own martial path. In her view, martial arts are about adaptability—everything changes, so she tailors her fighting style accordingly. Her philosophy is to win by using the unpredictable. As a genius of versatile techniques, Xiaoman’s style is fluid, unique, and hard to counter. She’s a master of hand-to-hand combat and can seamlessly switch between skills depending on the situation, delivering unexpected outcomes.

Xiaoman has created two core moves. The first, “Adaptive Form One,” uses fist techniques to pull enemies directly in front of her. The second, “Adaptive Form Two,” employs a defensive kick that allows her to flip forward and dodge incoming attacks. If Xiaoman ever fought with full seriousness, she’d be a force to reckon with. Her ability to maintain a heightened martial state lets her boost movement speed and chain skills in rapid succession, crafting on-the-fly counters based on enemy movement—winning through endless variation.

Beyond combat, Xiaoman is also known for her playful, carefree attitude. Meanwhile, developers have noticed that the overall pace of matches has quickened, shortening match durations. Players reported that Shadow Overlord and Shadow Tyrant battles have become increasingly one-dimensional, with the losing side often lacking any real chance to contest objectives.

Jeetbuzz Login analysts noted that the strength of the Primal Bond mechanic was underwhelming, sometimes allowing one side to easily secure both dragons, leading to lopsided games. As a result, adjustments were made to both the Primal Bond and the dragons’ overall strength to enhance balance. Players can now use smart chat features to alert teammates about Primal Bond status, improving team coordination.

Currently, defeating the Shadow Overlord or Shadow Tyrant after the 10-minute mark requires minimal effort, reducing contest intensity and increasing the risk of snowballing. To fix this, the game has strengthened both dragons’ core abilities to raise the stakes and encourage more active competition.

In the jungle, the addition of the Red Armor monster has added complexity to resource distribution. However, some players complained that Red Armor was too tanky and time-consuming to defeat, while others felt it contributed to early-game snowballing. To improve gameplay balance, its health and rewards have been slightly lowered. In addition, the health scaling of jungle monsters after four minutes has been adjusted upward to slow down overly rapid farming.

Season 31 also introduces new storytelling features. Players can now explore the lore of Haidu through Hero Season Stories, character quotes, and global tales. The World Lore system now includes a panoramic map of Haidu with zoom-in capabilities for sub-regions. Jeetbuzz Login users can explore the topography of each area and discover key landmarks and narratives tied to specific heroes.

With new map navigation tools on the right panel, players can dive into detailed stories happening in different districts of Haidu and gain a deeper understanding of the characters who inhabit them.
